She primarily supports searches led by Ariannah Mirick, who co-leads the firm’s academic medicine and healthcare practice.Maddie is a key connector between her clients, candidates, and search teams and provides project management support throughout the search process. Notable searches she has supported include School of Medicine dean and EVP searches for the University of Pittsburgh, Washington University in St. Louis, and Yale University as well as CEO recruitments for medical associations including the Association of American Medical Colleges, the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the American Board of Pediatrics.Maddie also serves as a Craft Liaison for search coordinators at the firm, facilitating monthly meetings and general knowledge-sharing around best practices and policies. She has previously supported internal recruiting, training, and management of the search coordinator cohort.Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller, Maddie worked as a College Affordability Advisor at uAspire, a nonprofit organization that seeks to increase college access and persistence in students from low-income households. Maddie holds a BA in Psychology and Music from Goshen College and an MA in School Psychology from Tufts University.
