She supports senior leadership searches primarily in higher education, managing the search process for clients and candidates alike across searches for presidents, provosts, and deanships. She organizes all operations, logistics, and communications throughout the search and has placed leaders with clients such as Tufts University, University of Virginia, Amherst College, Johns Hopkins University, Michigan State University, MIT, Georgetown University, and other institutions — from major research universities to liberal arts colleges. Prior to joining the firm, Mindy worked as the Education Operations Manager for From the Top, organizing educational programming for young classically trained musicians nationwide. She has also worked as a music director, instructor, and accompanist for regional theaters across the country, as well as Boston Conservatory at Berklee and Boston University.She holds a BA in English and Music from Brandeis University and an MFA in Theatre Education from Boston University.
