Nasreen van den Berg

Nasreen (Ella) van den Berg brings a thoughtful, human-centered approach to her referencing work at Isaacson, Miller, where she supports complex executive searches across higher education, healthcare, research, and mission-driven organizations. She draws on her academic training in psychology and education to support a referencing methodology grounded in narrative analysis, pattern recognition, and systems thinking. Her internal work has included ERG-based education, process improvement, leadership in firm-wide engagement, and event planning.

Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller, Ella worked in program design and corporate health education, supporting wellness initiatives across a range of professional sectors. She holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in psychology and another in education. Outside of search, she is deeply committed to neurodivergent education and advocacy, and brings this lens to all aspects of her professional work.
