Since joining Isaacson, Miller in 2015, Nicole has worked on searches for advancement leaders across the civic sector. She began her career at Isaacson, Miller as a search coordinator, providing administrative structure for a high volume of searches and serving as a liaison for clients, candidates, and the advancement practice at large. With a deep understanding of logistical planning and executive search processes, Nicole transitioned to the recruiting role in 2017.

Nicole has worked with a wide range of clients in the fields of higher education, independent schools, healthcare, and performing arts. Some recent clients include the Curtis Institute of Music, The Lawrenceville School, Pomona College, and the University of Texas at Austin. She has also recruited numerous alumni relations leaders to prominent colleges and universities including Amherst College, Boston University, Harvard University, and the University of Chicago. Nicole is particularly passionate about serving organizations in the climate and environmental sectors and has helped recruit talented fundraisers to Climate Lead, Natural Resources Defense Council, Rare, and The Wilderness Society, among others. Since joining the firm, Nicole has also partnered closely with The Kresge Foundation to recruit new members to the Board of Trustees. 

Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller, Nicole served as an account executive at QuickPivot, a Boston-based database marketing agency. Nicole’s passion for the civic sector also translates to her personal volunteer work with the AVON Foundation, for which she participated in the 39.3 mile Walk to End Breast Cancer, and Massachusetts General Hospital. She has also served as a class agent for her alma mater, Stonehill College.
