Image Nicole Sancilio Associate CONTACT Nicole Sancilio Nicole Sancilio joined Isaacson, Miller in 2022 and became an Associate in 2026. Nicole previously served as a Managing Search Coordinator at the firm, overseeing search operations and logistics and coordinating communication between her clients, candidates and search teams. She also held a Craft Liaison role, facilitating monthly meetings and general knowledge-sharing for her peers. As an Associate, Nicole uses this experience to inform how she supports clients and candidates through the search process and remains deeply committed to continuous learning and search craft excellence. Nicole believes strongly in the transformative impact of mission-driven leadership. Drawing on years of experience supporting complex executive searches and a background in education access and public service, she combines strong project management, thoughtful communication, and relationship-building skills to help clients identify leaders who can advance institutional goals. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole worked with several service organizations, including College Advising Corps, an AmeriCorps program.
