She specializes in advancement and other external affairs searches across the civic sector at large. Noa brings experience across advancement, talent strategy, and executive engagement to her work with clients. Most recently, she served as an Enterprise Business Development Representative at Adobe, where she built relationships with senior leaders across enterprise organizations, conducted strategic discovery conversations, and synthesized organizational priorities to inform strategy and decision-making. Previously, she held multiple roles within the Office of Institutional Advancement at Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, where she led talent strategy and workforce planning for a 150-plus-person advancement division and partnered with senior leaders on recruitment and organizational planning. She began her career in frontline fundraising as a development associate, managing major gift prospects and supporting institutional fundraising priorities through research and relationship-building.
