Olivia McVicker

Olivia is a senior member of our healthcare practice and oversees executive search operations and logistics. She partners closely with clients and search committees to provide strategic and tactical support, manage complex logistics and communications, and ensure an exceptional experience. Additionally, Olivia serves as a Craft Liaison at the firm, focusing on process improvement and best practices in executive search. Before her tenure at the firm, Olivia was the Assistant Director for Employer Engagement at Ursinus College and an Enrollment Management Counselor at Arcadia University.
