Rachel Banderob

Rachel joined Isaacson, Miller as a Search Coordinator in 2023, bringing nearly two decades of experience in executive support and project management. Prior to joining the firm, she held roles at nonprofits including Milton Academy, Interise, Technical Assistance Collaborative, and, most recently, Project Bread, a nonprofit dedicated to ending hunger in Massachusetts. 

As a Senior General Search Coordinator Rachel manages logistics and administrative operations across all phases of the search, acting as a central liaison among clients, candidates, and internal teams. Her generalist role also includes stepping in to support and lead teams during transitions, vacations, and leaves of absence, ensuring continuity across the firm.
