Prior to joining the firm, Rhett worked as a Territory Account Manager across New England with Prism Medical Products, a home medical supply company. In this role, he honed customer-service, communication, and organizational skills. He also worked as a Project Manager with Epic Systems, a healthcare software company, in Madison, Wisconsin.
