She brings more than a decade of experience in brand strategy, content development, and marketing operations, with a background supporting professional services firms and mission-driven organizations. Her work has spanned a wide range of marketing functions, from messaging and positioning to lead generation campaigns — often sitting at the intersection of data and story. Before joining Isaacson, Miller, Susie spent 11 years at Kinesis, a Portland-based marketing firm focused on small and mid-sized businesses. There, she led strategy and content for some of the firm’s longest-standing client relationships while also managing internal marketing and business development initiatives. She holds a BA in Sociology from San Diego State University and is a licensed trainer in the Neurology of Equity & Inclusion. She also holds a certificate in AI x Design Thinking from IDEO U. Outside of work, she has volunteered with organizations including the Juneteenth La Mesa Foundation, the El Cerrito Community Council, Helen Woodward Animal Center, and Boys & Girls Club.
