She recruits leaders for a variety of civic institutions, including human services and community-based organizations, foundations, education institutions, arts and environmental nonprofits, and public sector entities. She is particularly passionate about working with clients that seek to disrupt systemic inequities and injustices. She is known for her conscientious and thoughtful approach to working with clients and candidates and her attentiveness to the nuances of each search process. She works primarily on president, CEO, and executive director searches and brings particular expertise in IM’s Human + Social Services practice.Tatiana’s past clients include the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Bristol Community College, Goucher Prison Education Partnership, New York Foundling, Bridges Homeward, Boston Children’s Hospital, Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, Mass Audubon, George Gund Foundation, Hyams Foundation, Massachusetts Port Authority, North Lawndale Employment Network, and the Pittsburgh Foundation, among many others.Tatiana spends time outside of work organizing for immigrant justice and a thriving community in southeastern Massachusetts.
