Tiffany Weber

Tiffany Weber joined IM in 2019. She is a multidisciplinary consultant focused on recruiting community impact executive leaders across arts and culture, higher education, healthcare, non-profits, prek-12, social justice and advocacy, human and social services, and the public sector. Her work recruiting nonprofit executive directors, CEOs, and presidents stretches nationwide. In higher education, Tiffany specializes in identifying health sciences, nursing, medical deans, and functional leaders on staff. 

Tiffany has led high-profile searches requiring discretion, precision, and a keen understanding of stakeholder needs. She consistently delivers high-quality service and maintains the highest standards of excellence throughout every stage of the search process.

Tiffany comes to the firm from the American Association for Cancer Research, where she served as a Senior Marketing Manager. Previously, Tiffany held marketing and communication roles at the Philadelphia Visitor Center Corporation and the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau. Outside of work, Tiffany is a former elected school director. She previously served as the founding Communication Director on the board of directors of the Equity Alliance for Upper Moreland in Montgomery County, PA, a member of the board of directors at the Uplift Center for Grieving Children, and as the communications chair of The Women’s Resource Center’s annual fundraising event planning committee. 

Tiffany holds a BA from Purdue University and brings a mission-driven mindset and authentic dedication to clients’ success.
