Victoria Castillo

Victoria Castillo joined Isaacson, Miller as a Search Coordinator in 2021. She provides logistical leadership in searches and serves as the main point of contact with the client’s administration. Her work has included several dean searches led by Greg Esposito for colleges of veterinary medicine and schools of engineering.

Prior to joining the firm, Victoria worked as the Senior Program Coordinator for the Advocacy Program at American University Washington College of Law. Previously, she worked as a Scholarship Specialist at the Organization of American States and was a consultant for the World Bank.

She completed her master’s in public administration at American University School of Public Affairs where she completed an internship at the Government Accountability Office as an Analyst for the Contracting and National Security Acquisition Team. She graduated with a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University.
