Since joining the firm in 2015, Carrie has led and worked on a broad array of PreK-12 + Education Improvement, Higher Education, and Arts + Culture searches, with a particular focus on enrollment management. Select recent and current clients include Bank Street College of Education, City Year, Democrats for Education Reform, Duke University, Edmund Burke School, Jewish Community Center Greater Boston, Rhode Island School of Design, Rochester Institute of Technology, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Wave Hill. Through Carrie’s broad experience serving clients in the mission-driven sector, she has built trusted relationships with a deep network of leaders across a variety of fields.

Prior to joining IM, Carrie was an admissions director at Lafayette College and began her career in the entertainment industry, where she was a member of the agent trainee program at Paradigm, vetting writers and directors as well as recruiting future clients from MFA programs. 

Carrie currently serves on the board of directors and chairs the Talent and Technology Committee of the Stern Center for Language and Learning (a former client) in Vermont. She is a former director of the Joyce Ivy Foundation’s annual college admissions symposium where she served on the symposium’s annual planning committee. 

Carrie holds a BA from University of Pennsylvania and EdM from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
