Gregory Esposito

Greg serves a wide range of colleges and universities in searches for academic and administrative leaders. Since joining Isaacson, Miller in 2010, he has completed several university leadership searches, filling president, chancellor, provost, and a variety of dean roles. His work has included several dean searches for business schools, colleges of veterinary medicine, and schools of engineering.

Prior to search, Greg had a career with The Roanoke Times in Virginia, serving as the higher education reporter for the majority of that time. He received multiple awards from the Education Writers Association and Virginia Press Association for his coverage. As a graduate student, he spent time as a researcher and writer at Harvard's Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education. Greg applies his practical field experience to his work, engaging in the issues institutions face in order to find the best solution.

Clients particularly appreciate his strong communication skills, honed from years of interviewing and writing as a journalist.
