Since joining Isaacson, Miller in 2006, Rachel has been a major contributor to the dramatic growth of the firm’s advancement practice. She was named a partner in 2016. Rachel leads searches for senior advancement officers in a wide range of fields, including higher education, academic medicine, independent schools, museums, and advocacy organizations.

Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller, Rachel worked at the New York City Bar Association and the Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice Initiatives, where she coordinated the South African Visiting Lawyer Program, which brought historically disadvantaged lawyers to New York City law firms for a yearlong fellowship.

Clients appreciate Rachel’s high service standards and her consistently accurate and sophisticated judgment about candidates. She draws upon her professionalism and optimism in serving as a committed mentor to colleagues both within her team and across the firm.
