Since joining Isaacson, Miller in 1995, Stephanie has built a practice conducting leadership searches for academic medical centers, including medical, nursing, dental, and schools of allied health. Having worked for over a decade in academic health centers, including Brigham and Women’s Hospital and as the first external affairs officer at Harvard Medical School, Stephanie has keen insights into these organizations and their missions. She also conducts searches for higher education institutions outside the medical sector, as well as other not for profit organizations.

Stephanie is a consultant to the Commonwealth Fund Fellows in Minority Health Policy at Harvard Medical School,  as well as serving as the board chair of the Massachusetts Association for the Blind (MAB) Community Services,  an organization dedicated to helping individuals with a range of disabilities live full and independent lives in the community.
