Tiffany Weber joined IM Philadelphia as an Associate in 2019, was promoted to a Senior Associate in 2021, and again to a Managing Associate in 2022. She is focused on recruiting community impact executive leaders devoted to systemic change and empowering disinvested and overlooked communities through an equity, diversity, and inclusion lens across arts and culture, higher education, healthcare, non-profits, prek-12, social justice and advocacy, human and social services, and the public sector. Her work stretches across the nation with a focus on the Northeast. Tiffany is particularly proud of the work she has done in her hometown of Philadelphia at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Forman Arts Initiative, School District of Philadelphia, Free Library of Philadelphia, American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, and the University of Pennsylvania. Tiffany comes to the firm from the American Association for Cancer Research, where she served as a Senior Marketing Manager. Previously, Tiffany held marketing and communication roles at the Philadelphia Visitor Center Corporation and the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau. 

Outside of work, Tiffany is actively involved in local governance in Montgomery County, PA. She previously served as the founding Communication Director on the board of directors of the Equity Alliance for Upper Moreland and volunteered as a member of the board of directors at the Uplift Center for Grieving Children and as the Communications Chair of The Women’s Resource Center’s annual fundraising event planning committee. Tiffany brings a mission-driven mindset and authentic dedication to clients’ successful contributions to civic society.
