She works in the healthcare, academic medicine, and arts and culture practice areas, having recruited for senior leadership roles across a wide range of academic, clinical, cultural, and research departments. Prior to joining the firm, Kristin worked at Tufts University, where she served as Program Coordinator and later Assistant Director for both the Office of Continuing Education and the Marketing and Communication Department at the School of Dental Medicine. Earlier in her career, she was Project Coordinator and Forensic Interviewer at Penquis, where she helped establish and run the first Child Advocacy Center serving the Penobscot and Piscataquis counties of Maine.Kristin holds a BA in Art History from Clark University and a graduate certificate in Museum Studies from Tufts University.
