Randi Herrick

Randi Herrick joined Isaacson, Miller in 2014. She has earned the trust of her clients by consistently delivering high-quality service with her keen eye for talent and her steady and unflappable leadership. Randi has a longstanding track record of identifying and attracting accomplished, capable leaders with a high level of research and clinical excellence, intellectual creativity, world-class teaching, external engagement, and strategic vision. 

Since joining the firm, Randi has led and worked on a broad array of Healthcare, Academic Medicine, and Health Sciences searches. Select recent and current clients include Deans of the Schools of Medicine and Public Health at Yale University; the Senior Vice Chancellor of Health Sciences/Dean of the School of Medicine, as well as the Dean of Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh; the Executive Vice President and CEO of the Wexner Medical Center at The Ohio State University; the Senior Vice President of Health Affairs at the University of Southern California; and the Dean of the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 

Prior to joining IM, Randi worked at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she supported more than 20 professional development institutes and workshops designed for K-12 and higher education, administrators, educators, and policymakers. Randi helps high school students navigate the college application process as an active member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling.
