Hoag Hospital Foundation, Hoag Family Cancer Institute, Senior Director of Development

Hoag Hospital Foundation (HHF) appointed Laurice Antoun-Becker as Senior Director of Development for the Hoag Family Cancer Institute (HFCI). Antoun-Becker, in collaboration with the foundation leadership team, will be responsible for developing the comprehensive fundraising strategy for cancer programs across the Hoag Family Cancer Institute. She will partner closely with medical, physician, and foundation leadership to support major, planned, and principal gift programs at HFCI. 

Antoun-Becker joins Hoag Hospital Foundation from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine, where she was the senior director of development. In her role, Antoun-Becker led fundraising and communications strategy for the School of Medicine, and collaborated closely with the dean, academic leadership, and advancement partners. At the School of Medicine, Antoun-Becker engaged donors and established critical relationships with alumni, foundations, and corporations, developing a strong footing for ongoing and future philanthropic commitments. She also played a critical role in developing a joint proposal to fund a new pediatric residency program and led a complex proposal development process involving numerous constituents. Prior to that, Antoun-Becker led fundraising for the Reynolds School of Journalism and KUNR at the University of Nevada, Reno, where she established significant support for both programs.  

Antoun-Becker holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree in higher education administration from the University of Nevada, Reno.
