The New York Foundling, Chief Program Officer

The New York Foundling appointed Molly Eagan as its next Chief Program Officer.

Molly brings over 25 years of experience in roles dedicated to public health equity – as well as specific expertise in overseeing social service programs at large non-profit organizations.

In her most recent role, Molly served as the Interim Chief Clinical Operations Officer at the Trevor Project and, prior to that role, served for 12 years at Planned Parenthood Federation of America as Vice President of Patient Experience & Employee Engagement. Earlier in her career, she held positions overseeing operations at Columbia University Medical Center and the American Red Cross's September 11th Recovery Program. Molly has also served in additional non-profit grants management and healthcare operations roles in New York City. 

Molly holds a Master of Public Health, a Master of Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Russian Studies, all from Columbia University. Molly has lived in New York City for more than thirty years, traveled extensively in Puerto Rico, and speaks conversational Spanish.
