Founded in 1891, the University of La Verne is a private, not-for-profit university in La Verne, California, about 35 miles east of Los Angeles. The university comprises five colleges: the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Business, the LaFetra College of Education, the College of Law and Public Service, and the Cástulo de la Rocha College of Health and Community Well-Being. The university also encompasses seven regional campuses throughout Southern California and provides robust online offerings. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position, and salary offers are determined based on the final candidate’s qualifications and experience.
