Chief Financial Officer

Chautauqua Institution has appointed Angela Schuettler of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms. Schuettler begins her service on October 23. As CFO, Ms. Schuettler will play a critical role as a member of the President’s Executive Team, advising Chautauqua leadership and leading initiatives that will ensure Chautauqua Institution’s long-term financial sustainability at a moment of exciting organizational transformation. 

Ms. Schuettler is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh. Prior to that, she served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of NOVA Chemicals in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, and in various roles for Deloitte. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Regina and participated in the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program.
