Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Davidson College | Davidson, North Carolina We are pleased to announce that Chloe Poston, PhD, has been named Davidson College’s inaugural Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, effective July 1, 2024.Poston currently serves as Vice President for Culture, Belonging, and Strategic Engagement at Dartmouth College, where she developed a strategic plan to align institutional diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through new initiatives, expanded collaboration, and enhanced accountability structures. In her role, she advises and partners with other institutional leaders to infuse inclusive practices in leadership discussions and institutional initiatives. Prior to Dartmouth, Poston served as Assistant Vice President for Strategic Initiatives at Brown University, where she informed the development of strategic goals and benchmarks to improve inclusion and belonging in campus. She holds a doctorate in bio-analytical chemistry from Brown University and worked as a post-doctoral scientist at pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly.
