Program Officer Richard K. Lubin Family Foundation | Boston, Massachusetts The Richard K. Lubin Family Foundation has selected Antoniya Marinova as its next Program Officer. Marinova brings many years of experience at philanthropic and nonprofit organizations focused on education and policy issues. Marinova will be coming to the Richard K. Lubin Family Foundation from the Boston Foundation where she currently serves as the Senior Director for Education to Career. At the Boston Foundation, Marinova oversees strategy design, implementation, grantmaking process, and budgets for their education strategies, including K-12 and postsecondary success, and more recently early childhood and health & wellness. Marinova comes with deep experience with Boston area nonprofits and overall community dynamics. She recently led an initiative that connected local students at community colleges with professional opportunities in the STEM sector. From April to August of 2022, Marinova served as the interim executive director of the Boston Opportunity Agenda, where she provided steady leadership for the organization during a time of transition. Prior to coming to philanthropy, she held research roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Mathematica Policy Research, and the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University. She currently serves on the board on Playworks and the Rennie Center for Education Research and Policy. Marinova received her A.B. from Mount Holyoke College and master’s in public policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
