Haley Burrowes

Haley Burrowes joined Isaacson, Miller as a Senior Associate in 2022. She has worked on searches across disciplines including academic medicine, healthcare, higher education, and social justice organizations.

Haley brings prior professional experience in higher education and in non-profits—both domestic and international and most recently worked as an Associate Director of Admissions at the University of Pennsylvania, traveling extensively both in the United States and abroad. She simultaneously led the office-wide development and implementation of all virtual engagement and digital communication.

Haley serves as Chair of Recruitment and Development for the Mayor’s Millennial Advisory Council for the City of Philadelphia, and serves on several boards.
