Ivy Couch

Ivy Couch joined Isaacson Miller as an Associate in 2021. A native of Boston, she now resides in Atlanta. 

Ivy’s search work reflects her keen ability to deeply assess and interpret clients’ needs while building diverse candidate pools. She has successfully recruited c-suite and senior functional leaders for organizations across sectors including higher education, academic medicine/healthcare, philanthropy, foundations, and arts and culture. Ivy is a discerning and visionary thinker, with strong analytical ability. Her work reflects excellent interpersonal skills, analysis, and ability to work within a collaborative framework.  

Prior to joining the firm, Ivy worked as a Communications Specialist with years of experience working with mission-driven organizations. Ivy brings extensive experience as a writer, consultant, recruiter, and project manager. She has worked with clients on national and global agendas within cultural, faith-based, consumer marketing, healthcare, and civic sectors. Ivy also worked as a Writer and Communications Specialist for Global Ministries, a non-profit with global impact all over the world.
