Sokeng Cleary

Sokeng Cleary joined Isaacson Miller as a Senior Associate in 2022 with over 20 years in the nonprofit sector.

Prior to joining the firm, Sokeng served on the fundraising team at Generation USA as the Operations and Stewardship Officer. Preceding this role, Sokeng served as the Chief People Officer at Urban Alliance. In each of these roles Sokeng has focused on connecting passionate leadership from the private and public sector with meaningful missions.

Sokeng also has a proven track record of delivering best in-class hiring practices with a focus maintaining and cultivating an organization’s unique work culture. She is a staunch advocate for cultivating equality, diversity, belonging and inclusion in the workforce. Her experience runs the gamut from direct service to clients, events planning, people and culture support, fundraising, and corporate partnership support.
