Susan Mead

Reference Specialist

Susan Mead joined Isaacson, Miller in 2005. As a Reference Specialist her work has focused on leadership positions in higher education, international institutions, and nonprofit advocacy organizations. Previously, she directed an intensive English language and cultural training program for international students and executives at The Experiment in International Living (now World Learning). She also led private consulting for college-bound students and designed courses for adult learners at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education. Susan lived in Europe for ten years and worked in Paris with an international adult learning center and in London as a marketing specialist with the U.S. Commerce Department.

A longtime resident of Cambridge, she sits on multiple nonprofit boards, works with local politics, and sails competitively all over New England. She holds an MA from Boston University, and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
